Delivery & Returns

Galvan London is pleased to offer international shipping and free returns. Due to import tax on items returned back to the United Kingdom, we are unable to offer refunds from countries outside the European Union and United States and items delivered to those countries are exchange only. Please read the information below to find out more about shipping costs, times, and excluded countries. Please see our Returns & Exchanges section for more information on the returns policy for each country.

Central London
We offer hand-delivery by a tailor in central London on weekday afternoons.
Upon arrival at the agreed upon address, the tailor will wait while you try on your garment. Should you wish to keep the garment and no alterations are necessary, you will not be charged anything additional. Should you wish to return the garment, the tailor will take it away free of charge.
If any alterations are necessary, the tailor will pin the garment on the spot and then take it away for completion. Standard alterations, such as shortening of hem or straps, usually take 24-48 hours but more complicated alterations may taken longer. All prices and time frames will be quoted by the tailor in advance and you will only be charged for the cost of alteration. Once the garment has been altered, we will return it to your central London address free of charge.
*Please note that once a garment has been altered, it can no longer be returned for exchange or refund.
If you would like your order to be hand-delivered by a tailor, please select that option at checkout and indicate the time slot when you will be available. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are at the delivery address at the agreed upon time. If you would like to cancel or change your delivery time, please email us at customerservice@galvanlondon.com at least 2 hours in advance. If you will no longer be present and would like someone else to sign for your order, please let us know at customerservice@galvanlondon.com. If the first delivery attempt fails we will offer a second attempt for free. If the second attempt also fails then the item will be returned to Galvan London and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pick up from our offices.
If you prefer not to have your items delivered by a tailor please select the FedEx Next Day delivery option at checkout.

United Kingdom
All orders within the UK are shipped FedEx Next Day. Please note that your order must be received by 3pm BST in order to be delivered by the next business day. All Next Day deliveries will arrive by 5pm BST.

We deliver to the following countries in Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal and Vatican City.
Customers may choose between FedEx Next Day delivery (arrives by 5pm local time on the next day) and FedEx Express (2-3 days).
Please note that we charge a different rate for delivery to non-EU countries (Norway, and Switzerland).

United States
All orders to the USA are shipped FedEx Next Day. Please note that your order must be made by 3:00pm BST for it to be delivered by the next business day. Next Day deliveries arrive by 10:30am EST to cities on the East Coast and by 12:00pm PST to cities on the West Coast. Deliveries to cities between the East and West Coast take a little longer and can be tracked via the package’s FedEx tracking number.

Middle East
We deliver to the following countries in the Middle East: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E. All orders to the Middle East are shipped FedEx Express (2-3 days).

We deliver to the following countries in Asia: Hong King, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand. All orders to Asia are shipped FedEx Express (2-3 days).

All orders to Australia are shipped FedEx Express (2-3 days).

When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
Please note that once an order is dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed.
All deliveries require a signature and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or forwarding addresses.
Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these goods passes to you.
Galvan London is not liable for lost or missing orders that have been signed for, for example at an office address that has been provided for delivery.

All online orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and any delivery address outside Europe could be subject to import duties and taxes. Duties and taxes will be included in the final cost of your online order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery window. All of our delivery windows are estimates only and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Please note that in certain delivery areas, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.
Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received.  This time is not factored into the time frame estimates that Galvan London gives for delivery, nor are we accountable for extra time required for delivery.  All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.galvanlondon.com, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange. Please note that sale items are exchange only. In addition, due to import tax on items returned to the United Kingdom from outside the European Union and United States, we are unable to offer refunds for non-EU and US countries and items delivered to those countries are exchange only.

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Galvan London tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your galvanlondon.com account.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until consigned to our designated returns courier service. If a purchase is returned outside of our free returns service, the item(s) remains the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the item(s). We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked and signed-for service and that you retain proof of postage.
Please note that items purchased through our stockists are subject to the returns policy of the individual stores.

You must notify us of your wish to return or exchange any items from your order within 14 days after the day of receipt.

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box
  2. Email customerservice@galvanlondon.com for a refund/return request with a specified day (Monday-Friday) and the order number. Please note: The pick-up time will depend on the collection service window within your area.
  3. Await an email response with confirmation of the booking of this return pick-up
  4. Include the documentation sent to you by email inside the original packaging including the original invoice and the return shipping labels. These can be given to the selected pick-up driver
  5. Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time.
  6. Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, an exchange/refund* will be issued (confirmation via email will be sent to you at this final stage).
