returns & exchanges

We are delighted that you have shopped with us and hope you will adore your new Galvan purchase.  

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a  full refund or exchange. You can find our full Return and Exchange policy on our website.  

You can request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) needs to be in their original selling  conditions. 

Please take extra care when trying items on. All products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Galvan tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be  sent back to the customer and a refund refused. 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale items are refundable within 14 days of receipt and in their original conditions. Items received outside of this period will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer unless the customer has notified customer service.

EXCLUSIONS 

Archive Sale item(s) and Made-to-order cannot be refunded or exchanged.

TO ARRANGE A RETURN

  • Sign into your Galvan account, select the Orders section from the left panel menu and select the  order you wish to return or part return. 

  • On the order summary, select “Request a return” OR follow the on-screen instructions to initiate your return request. Please make sure to fill in the return information requested, such as the reasons for your return.  

  • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package. Attach the supplied prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel. 

  • Drop off the parcel to a UPS Access Point. Please see as follows the UPS access point locator:  https://www.ups.com/dropoff

    Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

    Galvan London monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone.  

     

      TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

      • Email studio@galvanlondon.com to request a return and exchange, including your order number and the size / style you wish to receive for the exchange. 

      • To make an exchange, simply order the item you would like as a new purchase.

      • Use the pre-paid return label sent within your original order to send the item back to us. 

      • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.

      • Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined day. 

      Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

      FAULTY ITEMS 

      Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their labels may not be accepted and could possibly be sent back to the customer. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it undergoes  a quality-controlled check by our packing team. In the event your order is received damaged or faulty, please provide pictures and a detailed email including your order number to our customer  service studio@galvanlondon.com as soon as your order has been received.
